What is your production time?

By using high-quality conflict-free materials, each Belle Volonté piece is carefully handcrafted to not only be worn now, but for years to come.

Due to this ornate process, all pieces are made to order and may take up to 1-2 weeks in production time. Customer satisfaction is of extreme importance to us and we aim to carry out each order in a timely manner. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent to our in house bench jewellers. Once your piece(s) have been completed and shipped, you will receive another email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking details. 

How can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly but we will do our best to accommodate and order requests. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our studio cannot be altered. If you do need us to change or cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in your request.

What if I want to change my shipping address?

If you would like to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please send us an email immediately to We encourage our customers to double-check the shipping information as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to information errors.

Do you require a signature upon delivery of the package?

We would hate to see your new jewelry end up in the wrong hands, therefore all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a note so that you may be able to reschedule your delivery or pick it up at your local post office.

I have received a faulty/incorrect product, what should I do?

All pieces are carefully packaged and quality checked before leaving our studio. However, mistakes happen from time to time and there may be a rare fault. If you happen to receive any faulty or incorrect item please contact us with your order number and we will promise to make it up to you!

Can I change the engraving I added to an item?

As these pieces are custom made to order, we are unable to make changes to engraved pieces once your order has been placed.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! If you are interested in a custom piece please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be more than happy to collaborate with you in making your ideas come to life.

 Is there a warranty?

All Belle Volonté products are backed with a One Year Warranty for collection pieces and a Lifetime Warranty on all custom pieces. However this does not cover scratches or damages caused by unofficial alterations. For more information please refer to our Repairs page.

How will I know what size I am?

If you are hesitant of what size to purchase, take a look at our Sizing page. There you will find all of the information that you need in regards to sizings.

Do you guys offer gold-plated pieces?

No, we do not produce an gold plated pieces. It is known that gold plated jewelry does not retain its value very well. This is because there is only a few microns of gold in each plated item which is usually not enough for refiners to recycle. Therefore we strictly handcraft only solid 14k gold pieces. We want your purchases to last a lifetime while also still maintaining it’s value in the long run. Perhaps it will even be worth more in the future!

Are your materials conflict-free?

Of course! We use only high quality, socially-responsible diamonds and gemstones that are sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices. Our precious metals are also Seven-Free which means that they are free of the following toxic chemicals: Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP)and Xylene.
